Good evening! I've been spending most of my time working on some final work for my classes, so I thought I'd take a break and share some exciting ideas you should look out for on this blog next term:1. Since the term is winding down and everyone is cooped up indoors getting work done, I have been sending more time in my dormroom lately. And I realized how nice it is to have a fairly quiet sanctuary in which to study and how Minervas are generally a great place to live. So, I decided to feature each House next term in: Spotlight on Minervas! As you can see pictured above, the first stop will be my own House: Sorum!!
2. Angela from the local Kenney Community Center commented back on my first post and wanted to know some of my favorite places to visit off-campus and some the students' takes on the Center. Look forward to hearing about some of those locations in the spring!
3. Want to know more about the courses, professors, and students here at Union? Check back in next term to read some descriptions and interviews!
4. What goes on on campus in the spring? Well, there's Spring Fest, Lobster Fest, the 5K, the Steinmetz Symposium, ReUnion Weekend, among other great events! And I'll hope to have a write-up about them all!!
5. Whatever else you'd like to hear about!! Feel free to comment and leave some suggestions! I'm open to anything and everything!
Thanks tuning in to this blog over the past month and a half! I'll hope to be posting a few more times before Spring Break, but just in case Week 10 and Finals Week gets away from me, I wanted to let everyone know some of the exciting things to look forward to in the spring! Take care...and don't study too hard!!
Looking forward to those posts!
